Swordplay is fun, mentally engaging, physically active, and ideal for learning about competition, decisiveness, and results.

You will learn the proper posture, movement, and strategy for the longsword, rapier, and other swords of medieval and renaissance Europe. Historical swordplay will help you build balance, strength, endurance, and confidence and is ideal for men and women at any fitness level.

Classes cost between $50 and $80 per student each month, based on class size and length. We provide all the equipment you need. Our program can be tailored to fit your organization's schedule and wellness objectives. We are also available for workshops, corporate events, and speaking engagements.
