The Archery Program
2-Hour Archery Workshop
Our two hour archery workshop is designed to give you a taste of this romantic and effective martial form. You will be exposed to the history and theory of archery followed by an opportunity to shoot recurve bows and learn the basics of archery posture, movement, draw, and release.
This is a great way to have a unique and engaging experience or find out if archery is right for you. Our upcoming workshop dates are:

Introduction to Archery Workshop
This 6-hour workshop will immerse you in the fundamentals of archery technique, terminology, history, and theory and certify you for the first level of our ongoing archery program. Students will learn:
- The history of archery
- The evolution of the bow
- Implementation of good body mechanics
- How to develop solid muscle memory to master the art
- Proper stance, draw, and release technique
- The Y-grip.
Students will start first with theory and then move to our indoor range where they will implement that theory in coached shooting and instruction.

Family Archery Workshop
The Family Archery Workshop conveys the same basics of archery but taught at a simpler level. The workshop is available for children and adults who would like to learn together. The age range for children involved is 8-15 years. Children frequently pick up archery skills very quickly so don’t be surprised if your child exceeds you!
Private Instruction
We offer private archery lessons on select Sundays or during the day on weekdays. The rate for private instruction is $100 per hour and applicable taxes with a maximum of five people.
