Multi-Format Tournament Day Announcement: After-Party at Yagger's on Saturday June 23rd!

Greetings, Duelists!

I bet everyone is getting pretty excited for the Multi-Format Tournament coming up this Saturday, June 23rd - Sunday June 24th. I know I'm going to be there--I love watching a good longsword tournament, and I've seen relatively little sidesword sparring at full-speed, so this weekend's starting to look like quite a treat. It's happening right after Mastery class on Saturday, too (if you take a look at the schedule, you can see that the first gear check is set for 2:00 p.m.) so if you happen to be in for class all you have to do is grab a snack and stick around.

But I know what you've all been thinking--is there an after-party going on somewhere?

The answer to this question is yes. And, even better, we're giving some of the proceeds to charity.

After the first day's over, Cascadia North invites you to come and celebrate the first day of the Multi-Format Tournament by visiting Yagger’s downtown (located on Pender street, just around the corner from the salle.) Because there's nothing better than a hearty meal after a day filled with swordplay--am I right?

Post-MFTD Yagger's Party Details:
* 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
* $12 Cover
* Door prizes
* 50/50 draw ($2 for 1 ticket, $3 for 5 tickets, $10 for arm span)

$4 from each cover charge will be donated to Camp Jubilee's "Send A Kid to Camp" fund. Remaining proceeds will go towards supporting Cascadia North.

What does cover get you?
* One FREE drink at Yagger's
* A chance to win door prizes!
* A LIMITED TIME OFFER coupon to register for CNAT 2012 for only $230+HST!!! Coupon expires June 30th. There are only 60 coupons so get yours quick!

We hope to see you there! This party promises to be a blast.

Cheers,

-Katie
