The Duello Dashboard ("the Application") is a private, internal business-reporting tool operated by Academie Duello Ltd. ("the Company") for its authorized staff only.
- License. The Company grants its authorized employees and contractors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Application solely for the Company's internal business and reporting purposes. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to the public.
- Acceptable use. Users must access the Application only with credentials issued to them, must not share access, and must use it only for legitimate internal business purposes.
- Data. The Application accesses and displays the Company's own business data, including data retrieved from third-party services the Company uses (such as Intuit QuickBooks Online and our booking, payment, and marketing platforms). All such data remains the Company's property and is handled per the Company's Privacy Policy.
- No warranty. The Application is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and the Company is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
- Termination. The Company may suspend or revoke any user's access at any time.
