Get some book readin'

Every now and then I like to return to my books.

As a part of the Mastery program there is required reading for each cord rank, so, we all read it at least once. It can be rather confusing at first, and, after that first reading I thought I was done with it.

Then, as time passed, I found myself returning to the texts. I found it less confusing and, what's more, I found much more meaning in the text than before. Each time I read it I found even more meaning (those old-timey writers sure knew how to cram a lot of content into few words).

What I was learning in class was deepened greatly by what the fencing texts. In fact, what I've read has directed change in what I thought I knew.

So don't leave your reading for those occasional assessments. Learn more by going to the text.

(By the way we've got high-quality interpretations of most of the texts that we study from in the store).
