At tomorrow's Open Floor I will be running some timed rapier sparring from 8-9pm. Two or three fighters will hold the field against all comers for five minutes (in a rank-exam style format), which will be followed by five minutes of feedback and review. Then another set of fighters holds the field for another five minutes, and they get feedback, and we repeat either until 9 or until everyone is exhausted and can't take any more.
You can expect to see this "Grind" type of exercise running on the second Friday of each month for the next little while. Come out, fix your form, and get ready for your next exam!
